Frantoio Tini Tintoretto Olio

1/2 Liter. This extra virgin olive oil is made from Castiglionese olives, a variety native to Teramo in Abruzzo. This oil is produced from the earliest harvest and has exceptionally high, health-boosting polyphenol counts. With overtones of sage and balsamic, this oil finishes bitter with flavors of greens and cloves. An ideal finishing oil for salads, raw vegetable, antipasti and white fish.
